EXCLUSIVE BUYER BROKERAGE AGREEMENT — FLORIDA REALTORS® EBBA-7TN

By submitting this form, the Buyer authorizes The Corcoran Group ("Broker") to act as their exclusive buyer's broker within South Florida for the property type(s) and term specified. Buyer understands that Broker may represent other buyers and may show the same property to multiple parties.

Broker compensation is not set by law and is fully negotiable. A complete Exclusive Buyer Brokerage Agreement will be delivered via DocuSign to all parties for electronic signature.
