Information you give us. When you submit an inquiry or request form we collect your name, email address, phone number, and anything you choose to tell us, such as a building or area of interest, price range, whether you are working with an agent, and your message.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we and our service providers collect technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring page, and campaign parameters in the link you followed (for example UTM tags or an ad click ID). We use a security check (Cloudflare Turnstile) on our forms to block spam.
We do not sell your personal information.
This site uses Google Ads tags and cookies to measure how our ads perform and may use them to show you relevant ads on other websites and apps (remarketing). You can opt out of personalized ads from Google at Google Ads Settings and block or delete cookies through your browser settings.

We store the campaign details of your visit in your browser for the session so we know which page or ad brought you to us. If you contact us through this site, we note which listings and pages you view here afterwards and add them to your file, so we can follow up on the homes you are interested in.
